Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

Palmer's Pinckney Inn has five bedrooms with their own private bath (two with Jacuzzi tubs!). We have four bedrooms with king size beds, and one bedroom with a queen size bed.

All of our rooms can accommodate two people. Four of the bedrooms have gas fireplaces for your enjoyment. Two rooms are located on the first floor of the house and the others are on the second floor (stair climbing is required - we do not have an elevator). Off-street parking is available for our guests at no extra cost.

Breakfast is continental and includes bagels, coffee, juice, and the necessary condiments. Guests are welcome to join our other guests at our sister property, The Palmer Home, located at 5 East Battery, for full breakfast (except on Mondays and Thursdays). There is an additional fee of $7.50 per person for the full breakfast.

The Historic Market is the perfect place to shop, dine, and pick-up a tour! Walk through the beautiful Historic District and enjoy all of Charleston's homes and gardens. Take a carriage ride around the city. Enjoy the view at The Historical Palmer Home on the Battery, with complimentary wine and cheese or choose to have your breakfast there for just a small fee.

Most Popular Rooms:

Equestrian Room: This room is located on the first floor of the house. It has a beautiful pencil-post king bed, gas fireplace, antique wardrobe, and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

Bombay Room: This room is located on the second floor of the house and overlooks Pinckney Street. It has a king canopy bed, working gas fireplace, and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub.
