Bed and Breakfast Description

Our wine-country cottage is nestled in the midst of 160 acres of ranch and vineyard in a pretty farm setting with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Upon your arrival, we offer a complimentary bottle of Umpqua Valley wine for your enjoyment. We planted our first 15 acres of vineyard in the Spring of 2002 and had our first harvest in the Fall of 2005. We hope to have a winery some day, meanwhile, we offer a complimentary bottle of Umpqua Valley wine for you to enjoy!

Stroll through the meadows, jog around the "lake" or hike our wooded trails. Cool off in the pool or soak in the hot tub while the sun sets behind the beautiful Callahan Ridge mountains. This charming one-bedroom cottage is furnished with antiques and full amenities, including satellite TV and A/C, a luxurious queen-size bed, full bath, living room and separate queen sofa bed to comfortably sleep 4 adults.

At your request, we deliver our Breakfast Basket including our delicious, signature home baked cranberry scones or muffins, an array of fresh seasonal fruit, juice, granola, yogurt, Kruse Farms jam and fresh roasted coffee, tea or hot chocolate delivered to the guest cottage between 8:00 and 9:00 am, or you can choose our Pantry Breakfast, which includes fresh fruit, muffins, juice, granola, fresh farm eggs, bread & butter, Kruse Farms jam, yogurt, fresh roasted local coffee, tea and hot chocolate, in the cottage when you arrive.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Since we are right on the winery tour route, our location is ideal for wine tasting at any of the wineries here in the Umpqua Valley.

The Umpqua River is famous for small-mouth bass, salmon and steelhead fishing. Whitewater rafting is another way to enjoy the river.

Oak Hills Golf Club is only 20 minutes away. Crater Lake, the Oregon Coast, Wildlife Safari or the Oregon Caves are easy day trips. We are conveniently located 8 miles west of I-5 at exit 125.
