Welcome to the Heartland Country Resort, a luxury bed and breakfast with horseback riding in a serene, scenic country setting of rolling hills, pastures, fields, and woodlands, just an hour from Columbus, OH. Heartland exudes romance with its natural setting, the log home, its fireplaces, the bright stars at night, and the great candlelit dinners.

Lodging at Heartland consists of suites in a secluded log cabin located on a wooded hillside with a winding stream below. Amenities include queen size beds, TVs with VCRs and DVDs for movies, a large library of videos and books, air conditioning, bathrobes, private bathrooms, Jacuzzis, large windows with great views of the countryside, refrigerators, and a great country breakfast.

Recreation, relaxation, and romance abound at the Heartland, an upscale dude ranch, receiving the People's Choice Award of "Best Horse Lovers Inn" by Arrington's Bed and Breakfast Journal. Horseback riding on the wooded trails is year round, and you can take a western or English riding lesson in an arena. Other recreation includes shooting billiards on a pool table, helping with the feeding or grooming of horses and other animals, or playing one of the lawn or board games. Relaxation includes curling up with a book in a cozy chair in front of a fire, having a relaxing massage, listening to soothing music or to the birds sing, enjoying a Jacuzzi bath, or sitting on your comfortable swing on your private porch.
