 Breakfast is served in the dining room or weather permitting in the open air on the back deck overlooking the grounds and Saratoga Passage and Mt Baker. Each day guests are served a delightfully different signature menu, seasonally inspired and served with Northwest flair. Coffee in the Northwest is a tradition, and our own Mukilteo Coffee blend will entice you into a perfect day of exploration or if you prefer a more restful pace, the pursuit of absolutely nothing. After all, "Island Time" is a way of life. The Eagles Nest Inn has been a registered Wildlife Sanctuary with the State of Washington since 1994. We dedicate or efforts to preserving our natural habitat of century old native growth trees, bird and wetland habitat which includes semi rain forest terrain.
