The Summer Inn Bed & Breakfast is a five bedroom, historic house with a live-in Innkeeper. The Inn is open year-round. Located near the heart of downtown Haines, the Inn provides excellent views of the Lynn Canal and is within walking distance to the sites of Haines.

The house was built almost 100 years ago by Tim Vogel, a member of Skagway's notorious Soapy Smith gang and a colorful character in the history of Haines.

Start your day at the Summer Inn with a full homemade breakfast, enjoy your day in the magnificent Chilkat Valley, spend your evening with a good book or chatting with fellow travelers in our spacious and comfortable living room, and end your day soaking in Tim Vogel's own bathtub.
