Guest Rooms are furnished with a working fireplace, queen bed, full private bathroom, telephone, air conditioning, CD player/alarm clock and hair dryer. The suites in our Carriage House are furnished with a working fireplace, four-poster queen bed, and kitchen with dinette, telephone, color/cable television, air conditioning, CD player/alarm clock and hair dryer. Each room has a door opening to a deck.

We offer a buffet breakfast with each overnight stay. Wake up to the aroma of fresh scrambled eggs, baked ham, and freshly brewed New England coffee. Start your day with our hearty buffet breakfast that also includes blueberry muffins, assorted breads, whole and sliced fresh seasonal fruit, select cereals, and orange juice. Enjoy your breakfast while you gaze at the ocean from our dining room. Enjoy reading and relaxing any time in our cozy fire-placed living room.


Stay with us and dine with us. Private dining is available to all of our guests. Our menu includes fresh lobster, lobster pie, filet mignon and many other favorites. Our dining room has ocean views and a fireplace for all of our guests to enjoy. We can accommodate couples, families or up to 30 guests. In addition, keep our venue in mind for any special celebration. We host dinner parties, weddings and other private events.
