Bed and Breakfast Description

Our inn is located in the heart of New Hampshire's Lakes and Mountains. The Glynn House Inn is a large, meticulously restored and maintained Victorian residence. A beautiful, adjacent Carriage House compliments the Main Inn. We're located on a quiet residential street -a restful retreat from the rush of modern life. We're also perfectly situated for those who want to take advantage of the wealth of recreation opportunities that abound throughout the area. We’re less than 3 ½ hours from Montreal, 2 hours from Boston and 1 hour from Manchester.

Spacious guest rooms are tastefully furnished and offer queen size beds, private baths, fireplaces, central air, WIFI, LCD TV’s and DVD players. Suites also include double whirlpool baths & iPod radios.

You’ll begin each day with freshly brewed coffee or a wide range of exotic teas placed near your door. Our gourmet breakfasts are absolutely delicious. We serve coffee and tea as well as wonderful home baked chocolate chip cookies every afternoon. Before dinner, sit by the fire and enjoy complimentary wine and delightful hors d’oeuvres.

We are conveniently situated to enable our guests to enjoy the best of the White Mountains and Lakes Regions. You can visit Tenney, Loon and Waterville ski areas. Cross-country trails, ice-skating, sleigh rides, ice fishing, snowmobiling and New Hampshire's most attractive lakes are only minutes away.

In warmer weather, you can fish, canoe, kayak, sail or swim at delightful local lakes. Enthusiasts can also enjoy horseback riding, golf, cycling and numerous hiking trails including beautiful Franconia Notch.

Coolidge: The use of black and white wallpaper provides a vibrant, contemporary setting. This spacious room features a genteel four-poster queen bed, fireplace, two large comfortable upholstered chairs, LCD TV, DVD and a private bath with walk-in shower.

Roosevelt: An impressive stone fireplace awaits you as you enter this spacious, safari themed suite. The bedroom includes a queen four-poster canopied bed. A double whirlpool spa bath, walk in shower and pedestal sink are in the bathroom.

If you know you are going to arrive after 7.00 pm, please call (603) 968 3775 and alert the innkeepers. They'll prepare late arrival instructions and place them in the later arrivals box.
