Breakfast is a culinary delight at Noble House. Feast on our exquisite buffet served in the Victorian dining room or the sunny French breakfast room. Everything is homemade from scratch! Start with fresh fruit, juice, breads, muffins and our wildly popular homemade granola.

Then, sample from our rotating menu of gourmet dishes such as Savory Florentine Pie, Fluffy Blueberry-Buttermilk Pancakes, Apple-Stuffed Crepes and Breakfast Bread Pudding with Apple Cider Sauce. We offer early coffee service and make tea and cocoa available all day long to enjoy with our famous bottomless cookie jar.

Explore Highland Lake in our canoe or pedal around country roads on one of our bicycles. Picnic on our sprawling lawn, originally a Senator's summer estate or select a book from our library to read on one of many wicker-filled sweeping porches. In the evenings, visit with other guests by one of the fireplaces or tinkle the ivories on our century-old grand piano.

At the end of the day, soak in your own Jacuzzi bath before sliding into a bed of down and fine linens. Luxury and family suites are available, all with private baths and many with Jacuzzi tubs. Most rooms have porches or decks and all views of the woodlands and lawns.
