The Mauger Estate B&B (pronounced Major) is a wonderfully intimate, restored Queen Anne residence, where high ceilings and rich woodwork offer an old-fashioned and rewarding experience. It is Albuquerque's most centrally located bed and breakfast.

Bed and Breakfast Description

You'll find our rooms at the inn outfitted very comfortably with fine linens, signature soap, lotion and shampoo, fresh flowers, and numerous other amenities to make your stay a pleasant one. We include a sumptuous buffet-style breakfast that allows you to eat light or to your heart's desire! Chances are you may find the famous New Mexico Green Chile in your breakfast! If not at breakfast, surely in at least one of your other recommended three-square meals a day!

We offer many amenities to accommodate business or leisure travelers with all the comforts of home. Eight guestrooms with private bath include the amenities of a full breakfast, evening social, and complimentary beverages!

Our location is just four blocks from the Convention Center/Business District, and less than one mile from Historic Old Town. The Mauger Estate is conveniently located within one mile to the two main Interstates, I-25, and I-40. The Mauger Estate is perfect for small groups and meetings in our common rooms, with business services available.

Located in the heart of Albuquerque between the downtown business district and historic Old Town, the Mauger Estate B&B is a very convenient place to stay.

Most municipal, state and federal courts and government offices are within walking distance. The Albuquerque Convention Center and major hotel meeting facilities are all within six blocks, while two major hospitals (St. Joseph & Presbyterian) lie just 12 blocks away.

The Albuquerque Art Museum, the Museum of Natural History, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, the Zoo, and many other points of interest are just minutes away. A recreational park, jogging path and health and fitness facility are located close by. Many of the restaurants, shops, and nightclubs along Historic Route 66 are within easy walking distance.
