Welcome to the Staveleigh House. This handsome colonial and two-story barn resides in historic Sheffield. Originally built in 1817 for Reverend Bradford, this house has stood and watched over generations of Sheffield families.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Ever since I was a little girl, I loved when company was coming. My grandmother Louise set the table with china, crisp linens, daffodils from the garden and polished silver. Freshly baked breads and cakes made especially for us and the chatter of happy voices filled the house. I invite you to my home and look forward to your company!

Join us at our "sophisticated country B&B" for a complimentary beverage of your choice under the canopy of century old trees or in the common room by the fire place. Stay in one of our 7 rooms with private baths. Our rooms are Queen, King and Twin bedded rooms, all with air conditioning and some with cable ready TV. Every room has complimentary wireless Internet access.

All guest rooms have new amenities such as Schiffman mattresses & box springs, fine linens, white terry cloth robes and comfy LL Bean down comforters.
