The Inn features eight guestrooms, four of which are elegant and spacious Jacuzzi suites. All rooms have their own private bath, Cozy fireplace, cable TV and VCR/DVD. A wraparound porch and a four story turret add to the elegance of the mansion.

We are located in a prime spot, within minutes of Saugatuck-Douglas, Holland, South Haven, the splendor of Allegan State Forest and the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. A local winery and apple orchards are also within a short drive from the Inn.

The Kingsley focus is on elegant Victorian style, with gracious hospitality. A gourmet breakfast is served daily along with seasonal afternoon treats and your own bowl of popcorn as you take in a movie at our outdoor movie theater in the side garden. Bikes and cross country skis are also available. Be sure to check out our unique packages, which offer guests year-round activities.

The wicker furniture on our front porch is a popular place all day long, especially the porch swing overlooking the front lawn and the large seating area to relax to a good book or an afternoon wine and cheese break for two.

Our city of Fennville is dubbed as "The Gateway to Allegan State Forest" where you will find numerous outdoor activities including fishing, snowmobiling, hiking, cross country skiing, biking and more. A trip to our area isn't complete without experiencing the splendor of this magnificent forest & preserves.

The DeZwaan windmill is the only authentic Dutch windmill operating in the United States. This 240-year-old treasure was dismantled in the Netherlands and restored to its original beauty on Holland's Windmill Island. While in Holland, be sure to also visit the wooden shoe & delft factory, Dutch Village and Veldheer Tulip Gardens.

Sit back & relax aboard the Star of Saugatuck - listen to the water running off the paddle wheels as you gently glide down the Kalamazoo River. See Saugatuck from the water, a totally different view from what you see on land, & take in the majesty of Lake Michigan.

Northern Spy: This romantic suite has a Jacuzzi with electric fireplace encompassing the entire third floor of the Kingsley House. Victorian at its best, this suite is popular for honeymoons, anniversaries or any special romantic getaway vacation.

Cider Nook: In what was once the wine cellar, this room is very private. It features a navy and plum décor, a café table and chairs, and a very large bathroom complete with Victorian settee! Features 2-person whirlpool tub, fireplace, queen canopy bed.

Reservation Notes:

Reservations canceled for any reason less than 14 days but more than 72 hours prior to arrival are issued a gift certificate for the deposit paid to date. The certificate may be used for a future weekday stay at the Inn. Reservations canceled within the last 72 hours are charged for 100% of their stay/package. No shows are billed for 100% of their stay.
