INDIAN GROVE B&B is located in large century home completely restored with flair and all the modern conveniences. Dark woodwork, leaded glass, hardwood floors, multiple fireplaces & luxurious bathrooms.
This home is a traditional B&B however guests have choice of "non breakfast" option.

Guests are invited to relax or join in the conversation in our living room. Enjoy a wood burning fireplace and TV. In the summer months take a moment to unwind in our back garden to the sound of a fountain, or catch the afternoon sun on our porch. Friendly cats "Kitty" and "April" are in residence.

HIGH PARK SUIRES is set on a hill, with elaborate stone landscaping, and an inviting wrap-around porch.
At this location we offer:
- elegant 1 bedroom suite-Oak, totally furnished and equipped including a bedroom, living/dining room and a private bathroom. Prepare your own meals in a private kitchenette.
- renovated bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and shared kitchenettes. Each bedroom is fully furnished, TV and small fridge.

NEWLY RENOVATED TORONTO GUEST SUITES - in near by vibrant Roncesvalles Village. We offer 1-2 bedroom self contained apartments.

At HIGH PARK SUITES & TORONTO GUEST SUITES:
-breakfast is not included, both homes are self catering accommodation
-we provide you with fresh linens once a week & towels every third day, as well as once per week suite cleaning.
Both locations are pet free.
