Bed and Breakfast Description

Cozy and comfortable, The Leavenworth Inn is a country inn consisting of four beautifully renovated homes. The Inn has been fully modernized with central air-conditioning, Wireless Internet, business telephones, and a video library with current releases and classic movies.

The Leavenworth Inn has 16 spacious rooms to relax and enjoy company or solitude. A cozy walnut-paneled library with a large old-fashioned brick fireplace is perfect for relaxing, games, impromptu conversations, and reading. The shelves are stocked with New York Times Best Sellers. French doors open to an outside deck to enjoy nature and peaceful respite.

In our dining room, furnished with country pine from England, guests may enjoy freshly baked cookies, coffee, tea and orange juice. Breakfast is provided at our Overlook Restaurant.

Elaborate and beautifully decorated bedrooms include luxurious down comforters and linens. Each room is outfitted with a telephone, armoire with TV/VCR/DVD, satellite and its own private bath with toiletries and hairdryer.

The Inn offers a workout room equipped with a Stairmaster, Schwinn Airdyne bicycle, Trotter treadmill and Vectra free weights.

Bicycle and walking trails throughout the spacious grounds. Bicycles are even available! The Inn's gazebo is perfect for a garden wedding. Tennis & shuffleboard courts are available. Perfect for family vacations, romantic weekends, weddings, business meetings and church retreats. Hospitality is our specialty.

Morning Glory Room: Decorated in beautiful, bright blues and yellow, this room is on the second floor and offers an excellent view of the Ohio River. The room has king bed, an armoire w/satellite TV/VCR/DVD, and a private bath.

Wild Ginger: Our beautiful Jacuzzi Suite overlooking the Ohio River is perfect for a romantic weekend. The room has a queen bed, private sitting room, an armoire w/satellite TV/VCR/DVD, and Jacuzzi bath tub.
