Mountain Memories Bed & Breakfast is a luxury Inn located deep in the Arkansas Ozarks Twin Lakes Country. Mountains surround this spacious 2-acre home. Just minutes from Lake Norfork & close to Bull Shoals & world-famous White River trout fishing area.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Mountain Memories Bed and Breakfast is a very private, luxury Inn. With only two guest rooms in the main house and a third in a separate cottage, you are always assured of comfort and privacy.

Besides our guest rooms we have a den for guests with television, board games and a wood burning fireplace. You can enjoy the game room with a stereo and a pool table or snuggle up in a comfy reading chair and read from the variety of books from the innkeeper’s library.

Watch the world go by sitting on the front deck or relaxing in the spacious gazebo. Hiking trails on the two acres surrounding Mountain Memories Bed & Breakfast are planned for this fall.

Area Attractions and Activities:

We are surrounded by two very large, deep mountain lakes, three rivers famous for fishing and canoeing and mountains and forests in all directions!

Nearby Lake Norfork is famous for deep blue waters and trophy Black Bass and Ocean Stripers; also great for all kinds of lake sports like boating, tubing & water skiing. The even larger Bull Shoals lake offers over 1000 miles of shoreline & over 70,000 acres of water stretching over 2 states (stocked with Rainbow trout & has yielded 5 state bass records).
The White River and Norfork River are world famous trout fishers. The Norfork offers a five mile tailwaters stretch with plenty of Rainbow & Cutthroat & has produced the second largest trout in the world. The White River has over 90 miles of tailwater fishing & is considered one of the ultimate destinations for rainbow, cutthroat & brown trout.
The Buffalo National River is famous for its scenic beauty & whitewater floating.
Also available: golfing, boat rentals, & scuba diving.

Island Cottage: This private retreat is conveniently located near the main house and has a queen bed, electric fireplace, mini-kitchen and a full bath with a heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub. Perfect for honeymoon, anniversary, or just rest & relaxation.

Lafayette Guest Room: Private time is of essence with the Lafayette Room. There is a queen bed, private entrance, private bath and private patio. For your entertainment is a television with DVD/VCR, movies, CD’s and wireless internet.
