Staying at the Winchester Guest House Inn B&B Resort is a unique and wonderful experience. You feel as if you are in a private resort/executive retreat with all the comforts of an executive home. Enjoy swimming in our indoor pool, soak in the spa, play billiards, ping-pong or darts, practice your putting in the theater/game room, watch free DVD movies from our library of over 250 titles in our high definition theater or in your room, enjoy volleyball, badminton, horseshoes and croquet on the east lawn.

Executives and retreat groups will appreciate the availability of our technology enabled formal conference room with plasma high definition screen and seating for 10 persons at the conference table and 3 on a comfortable sofa. This room also has a fireplace.

We have three guest rooms with fireplaces plus additional fireplaces in the living room, game room, and conference room. All our guests are offered a discounted round of golf at the award winning Winchester Golf Club - a golf digest 3-star award winning 27 hole course 2 minutes from the resort. We also offer free access to the extensive YMCA workout facilities nearby.

Nearby are numerous activites and attractions including historical sites along the old national road, two trails known as "antique alley", a golf digest three-star award winning 27 hole golf course, the Winchester Speedway and Eldora Speedway for great auto racing, fishing, boating, and many others too numerous to mention.

Visit a museum with treasures from Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show in nearby Greenville Ohio where Annie Oakley was born. The Air Force Museum at Wright Patterson AFB had a world class collection of aircraft and information about the history of flight. Visit Wilbur Wright's birthplace and museum too!

The Fireplace Suite: A room adjacent to our theater and billiard room. This room has a king bed & wood burning fireplace. Private access (after 10pm) to the adjacent 1400 sq. ft. theater area & the billiard/game room area.

The "Owners Suite": A huge room with 4 post carved wood king bed, private bath, love seat, stereo TV with DVD Player, and pastoral views to the north and east. Executives appreciate the spaciousness and decor of this master suite.

Reservation Notes:

Our goal is to provide you with the best Bed & Breakfast experience possible. Unlike major hotels with hundreds of rooms, we are an intimate B&B Resort with just seven guest rooms where we provide an intimate, personalized experience to a select, small group of guests. Because of the limited number of rooms, when you make a reservation with us, we require that you guarantee your reservation to a major credit card or provide advance payment. If you must cancel your reservation of one to two rooms staying for two or fewer days, we require notification from you at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance of 4pm Indiana time time on your scheduled date of arrival. For reservation of three days up to 7 days, we require a minimum of 7 days advance notice. Cancellations after this date and time require payment in full of your reservation. For group reservations (such as reunions, conferences, and retreats) where three or more rooms are being rented, and for individual room reservations of more than 7 days, we require a $50.00 per room advance payment (non-refundable) at the time the reservation is made with the balance due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We also require a major credit card to guarantee group reservations. If payment is not received by 30 days prior to scheduled occupancy, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the remaining balance. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Inn building. Smoking is permitted on the patio and on the grounds. Guests who smoke are required to dispose of cigarette remains in approved containers. Any guest who smokes in their room or in their bathroom will be required to leave without refund and may be charged a cleaning fee of up to $300.00. We are pleased to allow well behaved children at the Inn and we have two rooms specifically designed for families with children. Both of these rooms are acoustically isolated from the other guestrooms at the Inn so children can be themselves while in their rooms. Children must be supervised by their parents or another responsible adult when in the common areas of the Inn. Children must not be allowed to run through the halls or to make excessive noise that would disturb other guests. As a guest at the Inn, social consumption of small amounts of alcohol is permitted. However, excessive consumption is not allowed. We want you to have a good time at the Inn, but if your goal is to have a "big party" with free flowing alcohol, please select another location for your party. All guests are required to respect the rights of other guests to a relaxing and enjoyable time at the Inn. Consequently, we have established a policy of quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. During these hours guests are required to keep TV and radio volume down and to keep conversation volume at normal levels so as not to disturb other guests. We strive to make your experience at the Winchester Guest House Inn a highly enjoyable and relaxing one. These policies help us in achieving that goal.
