Carriage Way
St. Augustine, Florida.
Carriage Way Bed & Breakfast is a traditional Victorian constructed between 1883 and 1885 by Edward and Rosalie Masters. In the heart of the historic district and filled with antiques and reproductions, it boasts a casual and friendly atmosphere.
Bed and Breakfast Description

Imagine walking up to a beautiful 120-year-old Victorian home in the heart of the Historic District. Your eyes capture the soft, warm colors of the home. Then, you see the two verandas. The white wicker chairs and a porch swing call out to you to sit, relax and reflect on your day! As you enter the front door, the friendly atmosphere is evident. You feel the warmth, as if it were to say "Welcome Home."
Accommodations include nine guest rooms located on the first and second floor of the main inn, and two guest rooms in our "Cottage." All guest rooms have a private bath with a claw foot tub and shower or shower only. All of the guest rooms are impeccably furnished with antiques or reproductions. Many of the rooms have family heirlooms from Oklahoma, New Orleans and Illinois. All rooms have telephones and WI-FI access. Carriage Way truly has "Today’s comfort, yesterday’s ambiance." The cottage is located three doors down the street from the main inn and is great as a quiet "hideaway" for two couples or a perfect place for a family reunion.
The atmosphere at Carriage Way is casual and leisurely in keeping with the general attitude and feeling of the Oldest City in the nation. Wonderful scents waft from the kitchen reflecting the scrumptious breakfasts that Larry lovingly prepares. Freshly baked breads, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee, and a delicious entrée all await you at breakfast time.
