Welcome to the 1830 Quince Tree House, a Georgian Colonial Bed and Breakfast in the historic village of Sandwich, Massachusetts on beautiful Cape Cod.

Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

The 1830 Quince Tree House was built in the late 1600’s. Two wings in the back of the house were built in the late 17th or early 18th century and were the original structures on the property. During our renovations, we opened up the kitchen and some of this joinery is visible.

Our two-room suites offer a spacious elegance not normally seen in a small Cape Cod Bed & Breakfast. The luxurious Cape Cod Inn offers many amenities including queen size beds, a working fireplace in each bedroom, a guest computer and wireless Internet throughout the Inn and a full three course breakfast served in our dining room or on our mahogany deck overlooking the gardens.

The Inn is centrally located in Sandwich Village, within walking distance of many of the town's restaurants, historic attractions, unique shops & art galleries, and the Sandwich Town Beach, with its picturesque Boardwalk across the salt marsh.

When your day's activities are finished return to the Inn, relax on the deck, in the yard or under the grape arbor and enjoy complimentary wine with other guests and the innkeepers, as a perfect end to another perfect day on Cape Cod.

Welcome to Cape Cod, an outstanding year-round New England vacation destination. Sandwich was settled in 1637, making it the oldest town on Cape Cod. Indeed, several homes in Sandwich date to the 17th century and many others date to the 18th and 19th century. Sandwich is conveniently located near the Mid-Cape Highway, allowing easy exploration of all attractions on the Cape & Islands, as well as having easy access to off-Cape attractions such as Boston, Plymouth, New Bedford and Newport. Our Inn is located in the original village and it is within walking distance to many fine restaurants, shops, antique centers and museums.

The Robert Tobey Suite: Done in a luscious, deep red, the bedroom consists of a queen size bed, working fireplace and rocking chair. there is also a half bath in the room. The adjoining sitting room has a full size pullout sofa bed, wing back chair and TV

Dr. Samuel Beale Suite: this two room first floor suite served as his waiting room and office. The large sitting room has a built-in bookcase, queen sized sofa bed, winged back chairs and an armoire with TV/DVD, working fireplace, queen bed, private bath.
