Bed and Breakfast Description

The Moseley Cottage comfortably accommodates families and romantic weekend excursioners alike, with some rooms spacious enough for six. All of our rooms are period-decorated and have private baths and cable TV. Our third floor rooms are air conditioned.
Enjoy our spacious and shaded grounds, relax on our front porch or use our picnic tables and grill for casual outdoor dining. And be sure to experience our delicious homemade breakfasts served daily from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Area Attractions and Activities:
Acadia National Park offers walking, hiking, kayaking, swimming, rock climbing, whale watching and biking. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, give yourself plenty of time to experience the park by foot, bike and boat. We have great hiking guides for our guests and local shops provide kayak tours (highly recommended) and bike rentals for use on the car-less Carriage Roads.
For those looking for a more relaxing tour of the park, Acadia is full of easy, accessible footpaths and even offers a restaurant, famous for its tea and popovers, with gorgeous views of Jordan Pond.
Bar Harbor is full of fine restaurants, quaint shops and gift stores. Listen to an old-fashioned, outdoor town concert, walk on the shore path or take a whalewatch tour out of Frenchman's Bay. Spend a day touring the local museums and gardens or hop on the CAT ferry to Nova Scotia.
Each year in the fall, Bar Harbor also hosts both a half and full marathon. Come run through the rich colors of the seasonal changes.
