Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

We feature gracious New England hospitality, a hearty home-baked breakfast buffet and comfortable accommodations. With a quiet & homey atmosphere. A few minutes walk to everything.

Each room is furnished in antiques or reproduction furniture, and decorated with local artwork. All guest rooms have private bathrooms (some with showers only) quilts, A/C and C/C TV. Some rooms also have separate outside entrances and decks.

Daily we serve a variety of homemade breads, muffins, scones or biscuits, as well as stewed rhubarb or applesauce. A fruit platter, yogurt, a variety of cereals and home made granola (muesli), along with coffee, tea, cocoa and juices will complement your meal.

Within an hour drive of our Cape Ann B&Bs Rockport MA location, there are a multitude of attractions and historical sites, along with things to see and to do in our area of New England. Also within a few steps of our MA Inn, visitors can enjoy Rockport's scenic rocky coastline, three beaches, a nature preserve, the harbor and a host of shops and art galleries.

Our studio is one of our most popular. Our largest room, it is equipped with a queen bed, 2 rocking chairs, small refrigerator and microwave. A small private porch allows guests to eat outside or read.
