We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units for daily, weekly or monthly rentals. The Shires is a boutique country inn with individual rooms and townhouse units that are spacious and welcoming.

An on-site cafe and grill, due to open early summer 2009, has an outside patio area unlike any other in the New River Valley. Enjoy a delicious gourmet sandwich, homemade muffins, or one of our specialty desserts.

Whether coming to the area for a wedding, a Virginia Tech football or basketball game, a Radford University or VT graduation weekend, or just to enjoy the beautiful New River Valley, you'll find The Shires to be the ideal central location from which to start your day.
