Youngtown Inn & Restaurant
Lincolnville, Maine.
A classic 1810 farmhouse built proudly upon two centuries of New England heritage. The tastefully decorated guest rooms, sunny verandas, broad pumpkin pine floors, and brick fireplaces capture the warm feel of beautiful rural coastal Maine Midcoast.
Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

Located along Route 52 near Lake Megunticook, it is the perfect vacationing spot for exploring the mid-coast of Maine. The Inn is as welcoming a building as you could hope for. A stately white-clapboard farmhouse with black shutters and gold trim, lit up for dinner with its windows all aglow....it seems an outpost of worldliness and refinement along a serene country road. The inside of the Inn is equally welcoming. Warmed by a potbellied wood stove and brightened by arrangements of fresh flowers, the extended dining room is nicely understated. Stenciled white walls, hung with French prints, ascend beamed ceilings and naturally finished pumpkin pine floors that shine underfoot. A small oil-lamp illuminates each white-clothed table.
The Youngtown Inn's 70-seat French restaurant showcases the culinary skills of award winning chef, Manuel Mercier. Its upscale, yet modestly priced menu is as popular with local residents as the inn is with tourists. Exposed rustic beams, multi-paned windows and country french dining chairs tucked into intimate table settings provide an attractive site for dining. The menu draws upon Manuel's classic French training, offering authentic savory cuisine and decadent (must have) desserts. Do not pass the light and airy souffles, the rack of lamb or the lobster ravioli. An extensive wine list of French and California wines complement the dining experience. There is also and small bar with wood burning fireplace for a cozy drink before or after dinner
