Bed and Breakfast Description

The inn's 14 guestrooms have private bathrooms and are individually decorated to reflect the region's distinctive character. Main house rooms offer sea or garden vistas, or you may prefer the secluded charm of the cottages or redwood chalet rooms nestled in the oak and redwood trees.

The inn's spacious wood-paneled dining, sitting and reading rooms provide welcomed relaxation. After a day exploring the area, you can rest by the fire in the cozy sitting room, enjoy the tranquil garden, or treat yourself to a soak in the spa.

The outdoor spa is secluded in the garden and is available daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The practice of soaking in hot water is centuries old. Many cultures realize its benefits for body and mind. It relaxes tired muscles, promotes blood circulation and helps relieve mental stress.

Groups are welcomed: Rent the entire inn - sleeps up to 33 persons. Our facility also includes two dining rooms for entertaining. Catering can be arranged. Please phone for group pricing.

Monterey Bay Aquarium, nationally-recognized 18-hole golf course, Monarch butterfly habitat sanctuary, sandy beaches, the oldest continuously-operating lighthouse on the west coast, 17 Mile Drive, whale watching.

Turnstone: A large bay view room with windows on all sides, even the bath has a view of the ocean. Bright Oriental rugs enhance the rich fabrics of a queen sized four poster bed.

Blue Heron: A spacious bay view room with French doors, king brass bed and a balcony overlooking the garden. Elegant Oriental rugs with a wonderful sitting area surrounded by windows.
