Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

Located just 75 miles from Washington, DC. This is a 40-acre working farm with cattle, sheep and miniature donkeys.
We believe breakfast must be worth remembering and our guests rave about our breakfasts. We offer warm hospitality and sumptuous, country breakfasts including a hot dish of farm fresh eggs and bacon or sausages, or stuffed French toast, assorted homemade breads, muffins and coffeecakes, fruit-filled crepes, seasonal fruits and juices, fresh coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
Our terrace and gazebo offer relaxing views of mountains and pastures. Picnic tables are available for your personal enjoyment. Feel free to roam and wander our grounds -- perennial gardens and pastureland, and then take just a 5 minute stroll to the village of Little Washington with its shops and art galleries, and of course The Inn at Little Washington restaurant.
