Barbara Ardizones B&B

Salisbury, Connecticut.

My property, over an acre, is just outside town. The gardens are an escape from a busy life, with lounges & hammocks. There are 3 B&B rooms, each with private bath & AC for those warm summer months. The beds are all made up with down pillows & comforters.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Salisbury, Connecticut bed and breakfast: Barbara Ardizones B&B

My B&B is located in an historic home. It is set back, on over an acre of land, just outside the town of Salisbury. There is a screened porch for your use, also a small library, that has books, music, & a TV /VCR. Sherry, brandy, and liquors are available here. In the fall, I try to have, mulled cider for your enjoyment

Breakfast is served with some flexibility to time, depending on individual needs. It is comprised of fresh squeezed OJ, another seasonally prepared fruit, example, (crepes, with strawberries and creme fraiche ) along with homemade muffins, biscuits, croissants, and eggs prepared as you wish.

This is all served on a glasstop table made from a 19th C. quilt weaving rack. As you sit and enjoy your breakfast, you may look out the French doors to the terrace, and beyond to the gardens.
You may also enjoy your coffee or tea out on the terrace. If you decide to stroll, be certain to see my tiny fish/ frog pond. No fishing allowed!
I am an active antique dealer. My home is furnished accordingly, & there is a shop on premise.

Please be advised: There are two dogs,& 3 cats in residence. I welcome pets, but only after a telephone conversation to clarify any details. I also babysit dogs, so my animals are very comfortable with new company. Thank you for looking, and have a relaxing time wherever you decide to land.
