Come enjoy the past in our elegantly designed Bed & Breakfast with gracious hospitality and wonderfully served gourmet breakfast with modern conveniences such as cable TV, telephones, air conditioning & heating and of course FREE high speed wireless internet access. In addition to beautifully decorated rooms, homemade breakfast, we also have a great backyard that would be ideal for a quiet place to relax or other special gatherings.

If you are looking for a unique location, in downtown Albuquerque yet close to historic Old Town, for wedding facilities, business meetings, or company events you have found it. The facilities include off-street parking, a fantastic private backyard, a wonderfully restored 4 bedroom historic house and all the common areas. We are close to UNM, the airport and most major hospitals.

Our wedding facilities are perfect for that personal unique wedding you have always been dreaming of. The wedding facilities can accommodate 50 in the backyard or 20 inside the house. We can also assist you in any way with your wedding, whether it be planning it, or just helping with the food and flowers. Another great advantage is how close we are to the airport for any of your out of town guests (about a 5-10 minute drive).

The house is also available for business meetings. And for all day business meetings we can offer you a wonderful breakfast, lunch and snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Nearby attractions: Downtown Albuquerque, Old Town Plaza, Botanic Gardens, Rio Grande Zoo, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Route 66, and much more, all within sight of the beautiful Sandia Mountains. Spend a few extra days to enjoy either some of the best golf courses in the country, a hot air balloon ride, hiking, skiing, or even enjoy a concert/ festival. Very near many great restaurants, three major medical facilities that include Lovelace, Heart and Presbyterian Hospitals and the University of New Mexico.

Ivy Room: Comfortable and luxury accommodations with king bed and sleeper sofa. You have your own private balcony where you can overlook the beauty of downtown Albuquerque. Private bath with orginal claw foot bath tub and shower.

Rose Room: Bright yellow stripes and hand painted border make you feel as though you have stepped back to a historic Victorian era. Room also features a king bed and comfortable sitting area.
