Located in the midst of the Green Mountain National Forest, overlooking the sparkling recreational lake and majestic mountains, The Mountain Top Inn & Resort offers the breathtaking natural beauty, warm hospitality and tradition of a classic mountain lodge.
Open year round, just 11 miles from Killington, set on 350 acres, with endless outdoor adventures for everyone.
The Resort’s Equestrian Center, provides a unique vacation experience to riders of all skill levels, with miles of scenic trails and instruction in English, Western, Dressage and Cross-country jumping as well as guided trail rides.
Their renowned Nordic Ski & Snowshoe Center features 60 kilometers of trails for skate and classic skiing, lessons for all levels and equipment rental. State-of-the-art grooming and snowmaking capabilities enhance the experience.
Summer outdoor activities include kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fly-fishing, clay bird shooting, tennis and scenic pontoon boat rides; in winter horse drawn sleigh rides, ice-skating, sledding, dog sledding, snowmobiling and much more. Special seasonal value packages.
An innovative dining experience with spectacular mountain views and Wine Spectator Award of Excellence or casual bistro fare in the Highlands Tavern. The outdoor terrace is open May through October.
The elegant lodge guest rooms, suites and pet friendly mountain cabins provide a variety of accommodations. Private homes are available to rent and will accommodate up to 16 guests.
