Your day begins with a hearty country breakfast that will fuel you through even the most grueling day of skiing, biking, walking, or touring. Bill serves up his famous pancakes, eggs, French toast or waffles, ham, sausage or bacon (the menu rotates through the week, always pancakes dripping with Vermont's famous maple syrup on Sundays).

Three-course, home-cooked dinner available.
