Our executive chef, a New England Culinary graduate, produces exciting, contemporary dishes.

The Dining Room is candlelit and features a huge floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The dinner menu changes weekly based on ingredients available in market. Upper Falls: A newly renovated King Suite featuring an all-tile double shower, 6 ft whirlpool tub (with a view of the fireplace!) and Vermont soapstone countertops. Sitting room has a fireplace, TV, DVD and stereo. You won't want to leave this room!!

Martins Mill: A King Suite perched at the top of a spiral staircase. This ultra private room has a whirlpool bath and a large fireplace. Enjoy the private roof deck where you can lounge and watch the stars. Room is equipped with TV, DVD and stereo.
