Elegant high backed antique bedsteads, custom beds with designer bedding, ceiling fans, bay windows and luxurious treats are included to make your stay special. A light breakfast meets your schedule: delicious breakfast pastries & breads, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, juice, coffees & teas are available from 7 until 10:00 am. Private, complimentary, off street parking. Near the Convention Center with easy access to all major roads. Park in our lot and walk or ride the trolley as you choose in the quaint streets of the historic district to the Riverwalk and downtown. Savor the excellent restaurants down the street and explore local shops: antique galleries and 'off the beaten track' shops are located here. Area Attractions and Activities: Our neighborhood, The King William Historic District is located along the banks of the Riverwalk and features grand old homes, unique restaurants, art galleries, antiques, collectible shops and boutiques. Original art is shown monthly during First Friday. Guests walk to everything downtown: The Alamo, Convention Center, Missions, River Center Mall, Riverwalk shops, restaurants and the Riverwalk boat ride. Or choose to ride the trolley outside our door. The Steves Homestead, Pioneer Flour Mill with the historic Guenther House restaurant & Blue Star Arts Complex are just blocks awawy. La Villita, El Mercado (Mexican Market), theaters (live and movies), museums, the Alamodome and other locations are also walking distance along the Riverwalk, on Alamo Street or by trolley. Fiesta Texas, the SBC Center (Spurs Basketball and ice hockey) and Seaworld 10 min.drive. Schlitterbaum (best waterpark), Natural Bridge Caverns, The Safari Park and Canyon Lake 30 min. drive.
