Your Innkeepers, Jack & Jeani Ochtera take great pleasure and satisfaction in offering their guests the very finest blend of luxury and Maine rustic living. Our guests understand why we are locally referred to as the Eden of New England.

Our new porch runs the length of the Inn. It is appointed with Bar Harbor wicker and affords our guests all-water views from every seat. Gardens have been expanded, 2 awards! Breakfast served in sunroom overlooking Fisherman's Bay.

Delight your palette with treats such as spectacular puffs with fresh berries, creme freche, Bay Ledge Hash and delicious salsa, blueberry breakfast pudding with English custard sauce (as featured in Bon Apetit magazine), and much more.

Summer cottage, all rooms have bayview, private deck, king master suite, fireplace, many amenities, a perfect honeymoon retreat!

#7: King size, four poster handcarved bed, seating area, view of bay, large picture window, bath with whirlpool tub, newly added private deck overlooking Frenchmen's Bay.

Sunroom: Overlooking the bay. Porch appointed with Bar Harbor wicker overlooking the bay. Second floor rooms with private decks overlooking bay. Cottages, all with fireplaces. Room #11 best value.

Reservation Notes:

Minimum Stay - Two night minimum full season. Deposit - Two night deposit at the time the reservation is made for two to four night stay. Longer stays require a deposit of half the stay. Method of Payment - Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks, Travelers Checks and Cash are honored. Check-In - 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please call if you will be arriving later. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations affect us significantly, because of our small size. Although we understand emergencies happen, last minute cancellations often do not give us time to re-rent your rooms. If you call to cancel at least 21 days prior to your first night's stay, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 fee. After that we charge the full amount of the stay, and any refund is dependent on our ability to re-rent the room. We do not refund for partial cancellation, non-arrival or early departure. Children - Over 16 are welcome. Pets - We do not have facilities for pets. Smoking - For the comfort and health of our guests, we offer a completely smoke-free environment.
