![]() We invite you to visit Hill Farm Inn, a special place that offers much more than a comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. A variety of charming and inviting guest rooms have been created around the heart of a two-hundred-year-old dairy farm. The farm's fields and pastures at the foot of Mt. Equinox provide acres of scenic open space for a picture perfect setting. Wander through our historic barn, visit the farm animals, explore our nature trails along the famed Battenkill River, or just sit by the fire and relax. Ours is the kind of place where there's always plenty to do – but never anything you have to do. All rates shown are double occupancy and include a full country breakfast and afternoon tea and home-baked cookies. All rooms have private bathrooms, hair dryers, access to guest refrigerator, and wireless Internet access. Each morning you'll enjoy the full country breakfast that has become a Hill Farm Inn tradition. Breakfast is served in the Dining Room between 8:00 and 9:30 am. Hill Farm Inn offers a truly special setting for your Vermont Country Wedding. The grassy meadow adjacent to our historic barn overlooks acres of scenic open space along the Battenkill River with a breathtaking mountain backdrop. Hill Farm Inn is also the perfect place to hold your family reunion or any gathering of friends. We welcome small groups that just need a couple of rooms, or larger groups that fill the entire Inn. Watch birds build their nests in the wetlands. Hunt for antiques or browse the flea markets. Watch the green move up the mountainside. FALL: Capture the beauty of the fall foliage on film or canvas. Take Mt. Equinox Skyline Drive to the top for the view. Jog the back roads and exercise your body and spirit. SUMMER: Hike mountain and forest trails. Bike Country roads. Canoe down the Battenkill. Swim in streams, lakes or the old quarry. Enjoy summer theatre or an outdoor concert. WINTER: Ski Stratton or Bromley or try Hildene’s cross-country trails. Olive's Room: Is upstairs in the 1790 Guest House. It is a spacious room with king bed with quilt, sitting area, views of the mountains, A/C, cable TV and VCR.
