Lakeside gazebo, two-person hammock, luscious, full breakfast, smoke-free, pet-free. Arianne and Doug began in 1994, and are happily now at the top of their game welcoming guests to the Finger Lakes winery region of New York.

Next to their stack of local restaurant menus, enjoy their special "Off the Beaten Path" suggestions for waterfalls, fun drives, antique shops and more that are just below the radar of those relying on brochure hand-outs. You'll love it.

A Lanier favorite. Very comfortable with those new to the B&B experience.

Cherubs Room: Queen sized mahogany four poster bed with Victorian mirrored dresser and adjustable antique reclining Morris chair in large corner room, with four windows over Keuka Lake, quilt, tub/shower, very romantic.

Wisteria Room: Lakefront, double bed. Hand-stenciling of purple/green wisteria, plus colors in Arianne's homemade quilt. Private bath, A/C, old-time enameled metal Victorian headboard. Terrific view: dock and beach. Watch for otter, duck, heron and more.
