C.A.'s House has two large doors in the foyer, one leading to the spacious living room on the left and the other leading into a large dining room on the right, which contains all original canvas on the wall. The mahogany staircase leads up to the guest quarters on the second & third floors.

C.A.s House caters to Honeymoon & Anniversary couples, with amenities including refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, television, HBO, telephone in room, movies, wireless Internet, separate entrance with bikes and hot tub outside. All rooms have access to the private heated swimming pool anytime.

A gourmet southern style breakfast is served to all guests.
