Bed and Breakfast Description

The Greek Revival house, circa 1838, has been recently restored and tastefully renovated to capture the spirit of an earlier time. The home is furnished with fine antiques, which have been lovingly refinished and have been in the house for over 100 years.

Romance, ambience, luxury and comfort describe the guestrooms, furnished with beautiful antiques. Amenities included in each room are queen size beds, private whirlpool tubs and showers, plush terry robes, TVs, VCRs and videos, piped-in romantic music, ceiling fans, carafes of iced water, champagne for special occasions, cream sherry, turndown service and bedtime chocolates.

Early morning coffee is served in the sitting areas on each floor. A formal dining room, detailed in the richest and warmest of colors, is the setting for a sumptuous gourmet breakfast. From the late Victorian dining table adorned with elegant silver candelabras, fine china, silver and crystal, breakfast might consist of French Toast Sundae or individual Creole Baked Eggs served with Cheese Grits and Strawberry Bread.
