A snug B&B in a quiet village setting on Lake Champlain. A place to go to fish, sail, bike or just plain relax. Our cottage sleeps six is at Pelot Bay on North Hero Island.

Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

Lake Champlain, our "Little House in the Woods", located on Pelot Bay. Nestled in a cedar grove, back from the private beach by about 100 feet, the house comes with it's own dock, including a 14 ft. fishing boat and a ramp to the water.

Spacious unit completely furnished except linens and towels, unless previous arrangements are made.
The bay area is very quiet, no traffic, telephone and no neighbors. There is no housing in sight, except across the bay. Available all seasons, including winter.

Great biking!! Fish for bass,perch, northland pike. Fish the inland sea. Cottage to rent on Pelot Bay to fish the big lake and Alburgh passage.
Marina, Golf course, Winery and Tennis court close by.Several great eating places.
10% discount for guests biking canoeing or kayaking. Come Kayak the Islands.

Most Popular Rooms:

A suite with queen,p/b and immediate entrance to living area with fireplace, t.v. comfortable for two. Our lodge is a separate wing of our 1800 family home. New in 2010, each morning a full breakfast will be served at the INN, North Hero House, close by.

Two rooms close by with bath each with double bed. Very colonial and restful.
