 In 1878 an Englishman named James A. Mulvey laid down his money and a dream on an acre of land in the St. Croix River boomtown of Stillwater. Stillwater became the historic birthplace of Minnesota. Mulvey became a prosperous lumberman – now the dream is yours to find in the place Mulvey began his. When you stroll through the huge white pines that accent this magical acre in the middle of Stillwater, pause beneath the reaching arms of Mr. Mulvey’s black walnut trees.
