Bed and Breakfast Description

Conveniently located between the village of Stowe and the world class skiing of the Stowe Mountain Resort.

The main building, built as a farmhouse in 1856, is a Stowe landmark, welcoming guests since the 1930s. Here you will find twelve traditional inn rooms, from homey and cozy to large and luxurious; each with its own distinctive look and feel. All inn rooms have private baths, locally made quilts and period antiques.

If you're looking to combine the ambiance of our inn with added privacy afforded by an annex, you might prefer one of the four large rooms in our Carriage House or one of the truly huge Riverview Suites. These rooms have private baths, cable TV, fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. In addition to these extras, the Riverviews also have a microwave, refrigerator, VCR and private porch with views of Mt. Mansfield -- the feel of the country with the extras you've come to expect.

Whatever choice you make, you'll be assured of a warm welcome and a comfortable stay.
