Bed and Breakfast Description

The Inn is across from the Brodhead Creek and is surrounded by over 200 privately owned acres of forests.

The Brookview Manor also boasts a 1,060 square foot wraparound porch with rocking chairs and what could be the county's largest porch swing. Our veranda is now a four season porch, with a removable winter enclosure and fans for the warmer days of summer.

The first floor of the Inn consists of a living room with a turreted music area that has a grand piano surrounded by three curved glass windows. The Guy room, with a fireplace, bar, and marble chest tables and assorted games, is a great place to unwind after a busy day. The Library area has a fireplace and is a quiet nook to relax in.

There are three adjoining dining rooms to choose from. You may dine in the fireplace room, on the enclosed sun porch or in a raised formal dining room with two walls of windows with the original stained glass transoms, all with beautiful forest views. Dining on the veranda is now an additional option.

All the rooms have TVs, DVD and/or VCRs and air conditioning. We have expanded, so that 6 rooms now have fireplaces. Many rooms have Jacuzzis.

We have many outdoor sitting areas all with beautiful gardens.

For award winning dining visit us at My Daughters Place restaurant located in our sister inn, Brookview Country Cottage.

Area Attractions and Activities:

The Brookview Manor Inn is convenient to many popular Pocono attractions, which makes it truly a four-season retreat. Located in the heart of the Poconos a short distance from: Hiking at the Delaware Water Gap,Promished Land ,and Bushkill Falls. NASCAR Races at Pocono Raceway,skiing at Alpine and Cambelback Mountain. Mt. Laurel Center for the Performing Arts and now take your chance at Mt. Airy Casino, only 5 minutes away.
For the sports enthusiast golf, white water rafting, tennis, boating, horseback riding, cross country and downhill skiing are only a short distance away. For the shopper Crosing Outlets, candle and boutique stores, wonderful antiquing.

There are also a wide selection of outlet stores and unique country craft and antique shops for the serious shopper or leisurely browser.
The finest dining can be found at our restaurant My Daughters Place, located in our siter inn Brookview Country Cottage.

#1: Victorian suite. Carved cherry bed, enclosed private sun porch with charming white wicker furniture. Views of both forest and creek w/fireplace, sitting room with daybed, large bath with handpainted tiles and stained glass windows. TV/DVD in armoire.

#11: Jacuzzi suite. Country and elegance. Huge raised corner Jacuzzi, with room for 2, pleases everyone. Cabbage roses adorn the bed linens and wall of curtains. Four poster bed with steps. Fireplace, TV and DVD in armoire. Views of the lawns and Creek.
