Also the famous abalone beach, pygmy forest and fern canyon at Van Damme State Park. We are just minutes from the scenic Village of Mendocino. Pacific Mist Inn offers three styles of lodging for your visit to the Mendocino area. Private cabins, luxury King rooms with fireplaces and standard Queen rooms.

For real privacy, reserve a complete cabin. These cabins offer you relaxation, a kitchen, a fireplace, private bathroom, your own private viewing deck with Adirondack chairs and barbecues,and full access to our special spa in the woods.

We also can book a group of cabins for any special event, weddings, company retreats, meetings, etc.

Area Attractions and Activities:

The Andiron -- Seaside Inn & Cabins is only 5 miles from the scenic Village of Mendocino. Mendocino Village is situated on a peninsula and surrounded on three sides by picturesque wildflower covered bluffs and crashing surf. Established in the 1850's, many of the New England style Victorians have been lovingly restored into world class restaurants and quaint shops.

Visit Mendocino Headlands State Park near picturesque downtown Mendocino. The park features grass-covered headlands and a beach, with access from the mouth of the Big River south of town. Trails are popular with hikers and joggers. In winter, the park provides a site for whale watching. The Ford Museum features weekend lectures on area wildlife.

Mendocino is a prime whale watching destination. Going out on a Whale Watching Boat is a very popular activity on the Mendocino Coast. You can experience the majestic migration of these gentle giants of the sea when you visit Pacific Mist Inn and Cabins.

The William & Mildred Suite: This is our most Romantic, Deluxe private Cabin with King bed & a fireplace in master bedroom. Includes a living room with fireplace and kitchen, shower and separate Jacuzzi tub, viewing deck, hot tub in the woods and privacy

Large Cabin Room King with Kitchenette: This room sleeps two. It includes a fireplace and kitchen, a deck, king bed, private bath, cable TV, telephone, linens and towels. Enjoyable and relaxing.

Cancellation Policy: No Refunds if less than 30 days notice. If more than 30 days notice, we charge $50 cancellation fee, or a Rain Check.
