Mitchell & Jennifer Duffy are pleased to welcome you to the Vermont Inn. Please join us at our circa 1840 small country inn on five acres in the Green Mountains. We offer the charm of a family run inn with excellent New England and Continental cuisine.

We have achieved a three-diamond rating from AAA and our restaurant also won the Killington Champagne Dine-Around Award for fine dining for three consecutive years.

We are located in an area that offers year-round activity with great skiing in winter and a terrific setting for a summer or fall vacation. We have special package rates including dinner and breakfast.

The inn was named one of the Top Fifty Inns of America by "The Inn Times" and is featured in "Recommended Country Inns of New England" and "America's Wonderful Little Hotels and Inns". Every room at The Vermont Inn is individually decorated. They are all unique and cozy with the look and feel of warm country charm.

The highlight of The Vermont Inn is the fabulous gourmet cuisine. For 3 consecutive years we have received first place in the Killington/Korbel Champagne Dine Around Contest. Everything is homemade including our famous herb rolls and desserts. Dine by our roaring fire from our huge field stone fireplace and enjoy our beautiful mountain views. Executive Chef Stephen Hatch been with us since 1995. He is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University and a native of Cape Cod.

Come on in and relax in the living room, game room and lounge! Our living room has the original wood beams exposed and a brick fireplace. You can listen to music or watch television while gliding in our rockers or sitting on our overstuffed furniture. Every afternoon at 3:00 we offer hot apple cider and freshly baked cookies.

Most Popular Rooms:

Our deluxe rooms have queen-size canopy, four-poster, and private baths. Standard rooms have queen or double bed and private bath. Many rooms have an additional twin or trundle beds. Fireplaces,whirl pool tubs, tv ,available in several rooms.

Room C: King bed, double Jacuzzi and fireplace. Very spacious with separate sitting area and television and first floor access with private entrance. Room 7: Brand new deluxe suite with double sink, jacuzzi tub in a new spacious bathroom.

Reservation Notes:

50% Deposit to confirm a reservation. If reservation is cancelled two weeeks prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If reservation is cancelled within the two week limit, the full deposit will be held on account and applied to a future stay.
