 Relax in this unspoiled, natural mountain setting nestled between Fort Mountain State Park and beautiful Carters Lake in the Georgia mountains, just north of Atlanta and southeast of Chattanooga. Enjoy a pleasant walk to our spectacular 50-foot waterfall for a picnic, stroll along the nature trails at Sugar Creek, or hike to the top of the summit to view the Chattahoochee National Forest. The Hearthstone Lodge is a smoke-free environment for adult guests over 21. We do not allow pets; however there are excellent accommodations nearby for your pet's enjoyment. Our rates include a full gourmet breakfast, light refreshments at 5 PM, and a light dessert after dinner. If you wish to schedule a massage in our private spa please call for an appointment. Hearthstone provides a feeling of privacy and seclusion with unforgettable accommodations. The lodge features a harmonious blend of traditional and antiques, infused with lodge furnishings handcrafted by local artisans.
