Great location! Mildred's, established in 1982 on historic Capitol Hill, is a large double-turreted, 1890 Victorian, the perfect setting for traditional, caring B&B hospitality.

The home has been maintained in its original Victorian style with beautiful natural wood in the entry and stairway. Play area across the street.

Lace curtains, red carpets, grand piano and fireplace create a feeling of welcoming warmth and security. A common area offers the convenience of a drop-down ironing board with mirrored door, a refrigerator, sink, instant hot water tap with the makings for coffee or tea, home-made cookies, telephone and reading material. MILDRED'S special touches, like coffee and juice to your room one-half hour before breakfast, make guests feel truly pampered. A wrap-around front porch is a great place on a warm day to watch the world go by. Peace in the heart of the city.

We cater to business and pleasure travelers. All four rooms are carpeted, have color TV/VCRs, queen beds, writing desks and comfortable seating. Easy I-5 access to SeaTac airport, ample street parking and great public transportation at the front door. Across the street is historic 44-acre Volunteer park, the Asian Art Museum, flower conservatory, tennis courts, and historic brick water tower you can climb for a view as good or better than from our famous Space Needle. Wonderful residential neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants &
shopping.

Rose Room: A perfect hideaway for romance or small family retreat - cozy nooks, three skylights, small deck w/great view, full bath w/tub and shower, refrigerator, coffeemaker, cookies, TV/VCR, queen bed and single that doubles as couch.

All rooms have queen bed, private bath and include a fabulous full breakfast. Coffee/juice in rooms 2 hours prior to breakfast.
