Area Attractions and Activities: Across the street is historic 44-acre Volunteer park, the Asian Art Museum, flower conservatory, tennis courts, and historic brick water tower you can climb for a view as good or better than from the famous Space Needle. Wonderful residential neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Also an electric trolly passes by our front door, minutes to city center, freeways & all points of interest.
