![]() Built in 1930 as the family home of the owner of Prescott's first dairy, the buildings have been lovingly restored into a country Victorian Inn sitting on over one acre of relaxing gardens with pines, cedars, patio and barbecue areas. Queen and king bedded rooms are available, many with kitchens or kitchenettes. Complimentary fresh coffee, tea, and a bottomless cookie jar are available throughout the day. The inn's famous optional full breakfast is still only $5.00 per guest, served at either 8 am or 10 am. The historic downtown area including Whiskey Row is just one mile away. The National Forest and many hiking and off road trails, lakes and parks surround the area. The innkeepers Tony & Janet Fenner are originally from England. They and their wonderful Golden Retriever, Cody, will provide you with a warm and friendly welcome. Area Attractions and Activities: Day trips to Jerome, Sedona, Grand Canyon; Prescott's own marathon, arts & crafts fairs, golf, hiking, galleries, 3 colleges, antiquing, over 60 restaurants.
