Bed and Breakfast Description

The Cornell Inn, Main House, a private family home and full service country inn, built in 1888, has 10 guestrooms. The common area has two sitting areas, one with a fireplace, for guests.

The Carriage House was built in 1889 for the Cornell family. During Prohibition, the Carriage house was a "Speakeasy". Two of the units are loft suites with kitchens, making them perfect for a long-term stay.

The MacDonald House, a private family home built in 1777, has 10 guestrooms. The common area has the original wide-plank floors and most of the rooms have an original hand-hewn corner beam exposed.

A full, sumptuous breakfast is included each morning. All rooms are strictly non-smoking, have private bathroom, color television and air conditioning. Most rooms have free Wifi. The rooms do not have phones, to preserve tranquility - but in the lounge you can make free phone calls to anywhere in the United States.

Upon your arrival at the Inn, join us in Duffy's Pub for one of our 21 varieties of beer, or one of our 12 wines. Opt for one of our 6 vodkas or 6 gins. If cognac suits you, we have 6 to choose from. No visit to the Cornell Inn is complete without a drink at Duffy's Pub.
