Less than an hour's drive from New York City. Only thirty-five minutes on the scenic “Seastreak” fast ferry direct from Manhattan. Only ninety minutes from Philadelphia, and less from the Bucks County suburbs.

The perfect site for an intimate ocean-side wedding (or civil union), Sandy Hook Cottage Bed and Breakfast offers ocean view terraces accommodating small groups of up to 25 guests for your wedding (or civil union) ceremony followed by a cocktail reception.

We feature charming Bed & Breakfast accommodations for your honeymoon in the Cabana and can house up to 6 of your out of town guests.

Sandy Hook Cottage is just a 5 minute drive to Sandy Hook Lighthouse (the oldest working lighthouse in the nation), located at Sandy Hook National Park, a 7 mile barrier reef peninsula with both bay and ocean beaches. We are also 3 miles from Hartshore Woods, a 700+ acre park for hiking, biking, horseback riding and cross country skiing.

Red Bank, Ocean Grove and Asbury Park are also just a few minutes away.

Sandy Hook Guestroom: This beach themed guestroom, with its relaxing coral and white color scheme and quaint beach casual decor, features a magnificent view of the peninsula and the ocean from your private deck. Luxurious queen size bed and private bath.

It doesn't get any more private than this: your own Cabana at the beach! Our Key West Cabana is a private studio-style guest cottage separate from the main house. Bathed in relaxing tropical shades of green and sky blue and illuminated by skylights above.

Reservation Notes:

Because we are a small B&B, cancellations, changes in reservation dates or refunds for late arrivals or early departures are not permitted. No-Shows will be charged for the full scheduled stay. We kindly refund deposits up to 15 days from arrival less a $35 cancellation fee. After this time we can only refund deposit provided we resell the nights covered by the reservation less the cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice from the check-in date, the full reservation will be charged.
