With over 5,600 square feet in two buildings, the Inn is truly a Grand Dame of Victorian Italianate architecture. We are located 20 minutes from Saugatuck, Holland, and 4 winery tasting rooms.

We have 6 suites/rooms, four with fireplace/whirlpools, all with cable TV/DVD, and wireless internet, one with private porch entrance and a view of the romantic Victorian gardens(French Garden Suite-king size bed).

The DeLano Inn Bed and Breakfast is one of the few Michigan Bed and Breakfasts featuring guest rooms decorated in period furnishings. Gaze up at dazzling wallpaper patterns on the ceilings, and feast your eyes on our antiques! From towering mirrors to elegant tables, you'll feel like you're back in the Victorian age. Cozy up to a fireplace, escape in one of our whirlpool suites, or relax in our library reading a good book.

Breakfasts at the DeLano Inn are a special event. Served on beautiful bone china with cut-glass goblets, every breakfast is sure to please both all the senses! Sit down to Cheese-stuffed Belgian Blueberry Waffles, DeLano Inn Eggs Florentine, Baked cinnamon Peach French Toast or one of our many other specialties. Breakfasts also include your freshly ground coffee or specialty teas, fruit juices, and homemade breads and muffins.

Summer: Winery touring, beach sun(set) and surf, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, biking, horseback riding, antiquing, visiting artisan's galleries, gourmet restaurants, summer theaters, shopping (small boutique and shops), apple orchards and more.

Fall: Time for one last getaway, limousine winery tours, picking those last apples of the season, corn-mazes, fine dining, capture those great fall colors. Shop for the holidays, pick up one of those Cranes apple pies, or just enjoy being.

Winter/Spring:
Fine dining restaurants, cross country and downhill skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, wineries, apple orchards and more. Antique shops, art galleries, movies theaters.

Most Popular Rooms:

The Ashley Room: The BEST view of our fountain and gardens. This elegant room has a large private bath, in room fireplace, with hardwood floors. Decorated in an authentic Victorian decor with marble-top dresser, crystal chandelier, and period wallpaper.

The French Garden Suite is a secluded first floor carriage house suite w/ private entrance and porch with view of the fountain and gardens. It features a king sized 4 poster bed, fireplace, bath with two person whirlpool, and multiple spray shower.

Reservation Notes:

A two night minimum is required for all weekends. Rates: Rates listed are for single or double occupancy. Two person per room maximum, except as pre-arranged at time of booking (suites can accommodate a roll-away cot for a third person, available at an extra cost). Room rates do not include applicable taxes. All rates include a full gourmet breakfast served in our beautiful dining room. Gift certificates are always available! The Inn: All bathrooms are private, attached baths. Bedrooms in the Inn are air conditioned in the summer. Free parking is available on-site. Sorry, no smoking inside the DeLano Inn. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Sorry, no guest pets allowed. We do own a dog who occasionally visits the Inn; please let the Innkeeper know if you have allergies! Your Reservation: Reservations should be made by telephone or e-mail as far in advance as possible. A prepaid deposit is required to hold your reservation. Deposit can be cash, check or credit card. Accepted credit cards: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express. Cancellations require 8 days’ notice to obtain a refund. Any cancellation received after that date will receive a refund only if the reserved space can be re-booked; we do make every effort to re-book such cancellations. A $10.00 administrative fee per day is charged for any cancellation regardless of dates. Check-in time is 4-7 p.m. Eastern Time. If you need a check-in after 7pm, please prearrange this when reserving your room. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
