Rayne Frog Festival second week in September. Gossen Memorial Park, Rayne from the opening "fais-do-do," to our world champions frog jumping contest, a spectacular fireworks display, incredible entertainment and for course, those jumping "ouaouarons" we will guarantee you that you "pass a good time" so hop on down for great food, carnival rides, petting zoo and dance to cajun, Zydeco and swamp-pop music all night long.

Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival
Third weekend in September New Iberia commemorates the Louisiana sugar cane industry, carnival, parades, boat parade, fireworks, fais-so-so, Blessing of the crop and harvest season, agricultural fair, coronation of queen sugar, art & flower shows.
