It is exquisitely decorated with fine antiques, elegant Persian carpets, warm wood floors, centuries old, embroidered textiles from world over and fine arts. Once you've settled into any one of Kismet Inn's charming rooms you might simply relish or might choose to walk to the nearby riverfront, antique shops, explore the coast and nearby beaches before returning to the Inn to enjoy a radiant heat, deep tub to soak away all of your fatigue. Kismet Inn has 5 guest rooms with view of the Fountain in the Park or simple starry sky of Maine. Each room is exquisitely decorated with handmade bedspreads, fine and natural linen, high quality Tabriz/Persian carpets. Each bed, armoire is handcrafted with a distinct design for Kismet Inn. Two rooms have built-in deep soaking Roman Tubs equipped with radiant heat. Imagine sinking into a deep warm-water tiled tub to soak away tension and fatigue. The other three have steam, spray jets with river rock, radiant heat floors massaging your feet to the point of relaxation. Follow the soak or steam with an exfoliating scrub in the Old World style, using an emery cloth and natural exfoliates. Then perhaps a massage, and hot tea in your room. What could be better? Finally, every morning wake up to a healthful, wholesome breakfast made with organic and natural ingredients Area Attractions and Activities: Kismet Inn has the best location in town right across from the Commons within a block from Bath downtown area, which has kept its old charm: cobble stone streets, antique stores, book stores, a cookware store comparable to Williams-Sonoma.
