The Fairville Inn is a proud member of the Select Registry of Distinguished Inns of North America and the Professional Association of Innkeepers International (PAII).

Our 13 individually decorated rooms and two suites are situated in three buildings - the 1830s Main House, the Carriage House, and the Springhouse. Throughout the Inn, fresh flowers, and elegant country décor create a warm and quiet atmosphere.

Each room has a private bath, flat screen satellite TV, telephone, and separate heating and air conditioning. Many rooms have a canopied bed. Most rooms have private decks and fireplaces. Wireless Internet in all rooms.

The Inn serves a complimentary full breakfast with a changing selection of hot entrees, together with a continental buffet. Afternoon tea includes a selection of cheeses, fruit, and home-baked goods. Enjoy the elegance of our rooms and the comforts of our kitchen.

While the Inn does not serve meals other than breakfast, there are excellent restaurants in the area, and our staff will be happy to make arrangements for our guests.

The Brandywine Valley offers azaleas and gardens in bloom from Spring through Fall, topped off with magnificent foliage in the rolling hills of Chester County in the Fall. The Inn is open year-round. Each room is individually decorated, with its own warm and inviting decor. We particularly like Rooms 1 & 3 in the Carriage House, with their soaring ceilings, fireplaces, and garden decks. We invite you to look at each of our rooms on our website

Fairville's two suites offer especially spacious accommodations. Each suite has a king bed, a sitting area, a separate sitting room with a sleep sofa, fireplace (in season) and a private deck overlooking the gardens.

Check In Instructions:

Late arrivals are not a problem. Guests arriving after 9 PM should call to make arrangements for entry to their rooms. Guests arriving early (before 3 PM) should call in advance to make arrangements.
