Bed and Breakfast Description

Greeted with warm hospitality, you'll be shown to your comfortable room furnished with four generations of family heirlooms.

The home was built in 1898 by H. M. Hastings for his daughter, Ida L. Slaid as a wedding present. Later, Doctor Harson Atwood Northrop, Physician and Candidate for Governor and U. S. Senator, purchased the home in 1943 for his wife, Tessie Charlotte Oftedahl, as a birthday present.
